Many of our Board of Advisors are not simply advisors, but rather are customers, providing the Executive Team unparalleled access to the industry’s leading and forward thinking financial institutions. Rate Reset’s headquarters are located in the Washington, D.C. area, which provides tremendous growth opportunities, not only for its deep and broad customer prospect base, but also enables the Executive Team to keep a finger on the pulse of the key market makers (e.g. mortgage and consumer regulatory agencies).

Keith Kelly is an entrepreneur who created and patented the Mortgage Annuity Revenue Stream (U.S. Patent # 7292995). Mr. Kelly has been in retail mortgage banking over twenty-nine years. He has been an advocate for proper homeowner education for the past 19 years focusing on strategies for homeowners to help them avoid paying closing costs. His closing cost savings platform has been featured in Money Magazine, The Washington Post, Time Magazine, New York Times, Woman’s World, CNBC and a host of other national publications. He has been a Radio Host of MyMortgageWatchDog on WMAL in Washington, DC. Mr. Kelly has a bachelor’s of science degree from James Madison University.

Joe Brancucci, President, CU RateReset

Mr. Brancucci is the first President of the CUSO, CU RateReset, owned primarily by Mortgage Harmony (dba RateReset) and PenFed. Prior to joining CU Rate Reset, Mr. Brancucci was the President and CEO of GTE Financial from July 2010 until his retirement in March 2016. He was named the CU Times 2013 CEO Trailblazer of the Year and one of the 80 most influential in the industry over the last 80 years by CU Times. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU), Tukwila, WA where he began his career in 1995 as the Director of Consumer Loans followed by Chief Lending Officer in 1999, VP Product & Delivery Channel Management and CLO in 2004, and retired as the Executive Vice President in 2010. In early 2001, he founded Prime Alliance Solutions, a mortgage technology solution used to process over 40% of all credit union mortgages. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board until it merged with Mortgage Cadence in 2013. He has been in financial services since 1971, holding senior management positions at savings banks, a national bank, Freddie Mac, and a small community credit union. He served as the Chairman of CU Direct Corporation (CUDL) until May 2013. He was the Chair of the CUNA Lending Council from 2003 to 2006, the Chair of the CUNA Council Forum from 2006 to 2008, Chair of the Fannie Mae Credit Union Advisory Council from 2001 to 2007, and a member of the National Housing Advisory Council from 2006 to 2008. He was the recipient of the NACUSO Executive of the Year Award in 2003 for his work with Prime Alliance Solutions, Inc. and was the first recipient of the CUNA Lending Council Phil Greer Award. Mr. Brancucci holds a BA in Economics and English from Hofstra University and has completed Stanford University’s Executive Development Program.

Robert Catalanotto, Chief Operating Officer & Founder

Robert Catalanotto has over thirty years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Twenty-two years have been in the secondary mortgage market at Fannie Mae. He has significant experience in all aspects of business strategy, data warehousing, business intelligence, new product development and mortgage operations. In addition, he has over twenty years of managerial experience. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Catalanotto was with GW Fauth and Associates, an economic consulting firm in Washington DC. Mr. Catalanotto is currently the Chairman of the Board of The Partnership Federal Credit Union. He is the past Chairman of the Board at the Fannie Mae Federal Credit Union having served as Chairman during its merger with The Partnership Federal Credit Union. Mr. Catalanotto has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from CW Post College in New York and a master’s degree in international management from the University of Maryland.

Deborah Ames Naylor, (PenFed)

Deborah Ames Naylor is the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at PenFed overseeing Mortgage Operations, Human Resources, BSA and Facilities. Debbie began her career at PenFed over 30 years ago. She has worked in a number of areas within the credit union learning the operations from the ground up. Areas of responsibilities have included; Student Loans, Loan Review, Credit Committee, Director of Credit, Mortgage Operations, Card Services, and Collections. She became a member of the Executive Team at PenFed in 2011 and has overseen more than $13 billion in real estate loan originations since 2012. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from George Mason University and earned her Masters of Business Administration degree in 2004. She is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) through the Mortgage Bankers Association. Debbie recently became a member of the Fannie Mae Advisory Board for Credit Unions and completed the Thayer Executive Leadership Program at West Point.
